Important Notes

  1. Claim Start and end Date:
    Claims will open from Tuesday, 28th January 2025, 9:00 AM UTC to 18th March 2025, 8:59 AM UTC exclusively on the official Redbelly website: https://redbelly.network/rewards-claim
    1. After the end date of 18th March 2025, 8:59 AM UTC, all unclaimed funds will no longer be available.
    2. Please note that you will get wrapped RBNT after claim. DO NOT send that to any centralised exchange.
  2. Official Announcements:
    All announcements will be made exclusively through the official Redbelly Twitter/X: https://x.com/RedbellyNetwork account
  3. Finality of Rewards:
    Rewards are final and no changes will be made.
  4. Reward Calculation:
    1. Social and Testnet rewards are calculated per verified user, not per wallet.
    2. If a single user holds multiple wallets with rewards, only the wallet with the highest rewards was considered.
  5. Fixed RBNT Reward Campaigns:
    1. All fixed RBNT rewards have been uploaded, even for wallets that haven't yet completed KYC.
    2. KYC is mandatory to claim rewards.
  6. Conditional Rewards:
    1. Eligibility for Rewards with Pending KYC
      If your wallet is eligible for rewards but your KYC process was pending when the data was collected, you will not be able to claim your rewards on 28th January 2025.
    2. Complete KYC to Claim Rewards
      To claim your reward, you must complete the KYC process by 25th February 2025, 9:00 am UTC (within 4 weeks).
    3. Final Deadline for KYC Completion
      Wallets with pending KYC beyond this date will permanently lose eligibility for rewards.
    4. Updated Data and Claim Reopening
      After the 4-week period, we will gather updated data and reopen claims for users who have completed KYC during this timeframe.
    5. Conditions Remain Applicable
      The same conditions outlined above will apply to this updated data.
  7. Fraud Prevention:
    1. Be vigilant against impersonators and scams. The Redbelly team will never ask you for funds.
    2. You are not required to sign any transaction to view your rewards.

  9. What will happen if I have rewards, haven't KYC'd and can't do KYC?

    If you fail to complete the KYC process, you will not be able to claim your rewards.

  10. What if I have lost access to my wallet?
